Meet Ingrid | Contact

Ingrid Punderson Jackson is a full-time licensed real estate broker living in Cornwall, Vermont, with her husband, artist Woody Jackson and young sons. Ingrid grew up in Vermont and received her BA from Middlebury College in 1988 and also attended Japanese Language School at Middlebury.

Prior to selling real estate, Ingrid was an accomplished alpine skier. She raced with the U.S. Ski Team in 1984, then spent four years on the Middlebury College ski team (as a three-time, Division I NCAA All-American) and finally joined the U.S. Women’s Professional Ski Tour where she was named Rookie of the Year in 1991. Her skiing career took her all over the United State and Europe, to ski resorts and mountain towns. Ultimately, she decided to settle in the Middlebury area for its welcoming community and remarkable landscape.

In 1995, Ingrid became a licensed real estate broker—a career encouraged by her father, Frank Punderson, who has been brokering Country Properties throughout Vermont since the early 1960s. She joined Coldwell Banker Bill Beck Real Estate, located in Middlebury, Vermont, and quickly grew to love the profession. Her firsthand knowledge of the area, the land and its people, informed and enhanced her abilities as a Realtor®.

In 2005, Ingrid established Ingrid Punderson Jackson Real Estate in Middlebury, Vermont, and enjoys continued success in the Mid-Vermont area.

Professional affiliations and achievements include:

  • Graduate of Realtors Institute (GRI)
  • Former Board Member of Middlebury Area Land Trust
  • Member of the Town of Cornwall Zoning Board of Adjustment
  • Member of the Addison County Board of Realtors
  • Member of the National Board of Realtors
  • Consistent top producing sales agent in Addison County

-IPJ is very easy to work with, even from a distance.  They went out of their way to accommodate our schedule and had an excellent understanding of what we were looking for in a property.  Every day we love more about the property they helped us find.  Their can-do attitude is a real plus!

-Having worked in the CA real estate market for 30 years, it is refreshing to have an individual in a small town and market that demonstrates such professionalism.  Ingrid and her staff were great to work with.  Would give them total confidence in marketing my property if I had to do this again.

-Through IPJ we sold one house and bought another with great satisfaction in both transactions.  They made it a pleasure.

 Meet Amey | Contact

Amey Ryan is a full-time, real estate Broker living on Lake Dunmore in the town of Salisbury, Vermont. She lives with her husband Tim and their cats! Amey grew up in N. Quincy, Massachusetts and after graduating from Castleton State College in Castleton, VT she decided to make Vermont home for good.

Since her graduation in 1999 from Castleton, Amey has been immersed in the community and has built a strong career in real estate. She started at Lang Associates in Middlebury where she worked as an office manager and a licensed assistant for the managing broker. This was an invaluable experience that allowed her to move on after 14 months of training to a larger office. From 2000 until early 2008 Amey worked out of the Coldwell Banker Bill Beck office in Middlebury. There she was offered a unique opportunity to train and work with some of the top agents in the county. Working in a large office provided many opportunities to grow and prosper, however, after almost eight years an even better opportunity presented itself.

In early 2008, Amey and Ingrid began their partnership at IPJ Real Estate. With the help and cooperation of the entire team, we hope to provide each of our clients and customers with top-notch service in a friendly and professional environment.

Achievements, Honors and Affiliations

-We had an awesome experience! We very much appreciated your honest and straightforward approach.  You were very knowledgeable, yet quick to say when you didn’t have information.  We also greatly appreciated your sense of humor and laid-back style.  You have the perfect combination of professionalism coupled with a no-pressure attitude.  This worked very well for us.

-Being first-time home buyers with a modest budget, we were intimidated by the entire process.  Amey was always willing to explain the details and we felt confident under her guidance.  Even during the most stressful moments, Amey helped us feel calm and faced every challenge with a smile and determination.  We highly recommend Amey and were impressed with every detail of the transaction.  Most importantly, we love our new house!

-I really did not imagine that buying a house would be fun, but I was surprised!  You always listened.  You were clear at the outset about boundaries and goals.  You came armed for adventure with boots.  In short, I felt safe, guided, cared for, and ‘real’.  Perhaps I should ask you to marry me!

-IPJ did a wonderful job describing our home for the MLS ad.  Your positive description helped sell our home in spite of the tough real estate environment.  At the time of sale, Amey Ryan did an excellent job coordinating the many details before the house closing.  We highly recommend IPJ for anyone who wishes to buy or sell a home.

-Amey, you are a pleasure to work with.  You have been incredibly helpful to us and I can’t tell you how much your hard work is appreciated.  You consistently have the ability to get things accomplished in tight timelines and calmly guided us through any hairy parts of the process.  Thank you so much!

-I have relocated frequently in my life and have used many realtors in the many moves.  I put Amey Ryan and IPJ in the top tier of agents and agencies I have used.  I highly recommend them!

-Sarah was our rock through this complex and often bewildering process, professional, quick and thorough.

-Sarah and the IPJ office were a pleasure to work with.  Sarah was professional, knowledgeable and in constant communication with us throughout the process of selling our home.  She took the time to walk us through the improvements that needed to be made at our home and she paid attention to every detail.  We are very satisfied with the service that Sarah and IPJ provided.

-You were the only realtor in this county that made an effort!  Great personality!

-As anyone who has been through the process of selling a home knows, it isn’t always easy.  Sarah, your overall knowledge of every aspect of real estate is priceless!  There was never a time that we couldn’t ask a question.  Whether it was nighttime, weekends or even on your “vacation”! you were always there.  Many thank to you and the IPJ team.

-Sarah found us the house we love; then, when we had to sell, she got us a price above our asking amount, in less than a month.  She’s just the best!

-Of all of the home purchases we have ever had, this one was the most seamless, thanks to Sarah Peluso and the staff at IPJ.

-As first-time home buyers, we knew very little about the process.  Sarah kept us informed and excited.  From new listings to showings to helping us successfully close on our new house, Sarah was all we could have hoped for in an agent: she was available at all times, well informed, and fun to work with!

-Sarah is smart, organized, completely professional (i.e. we felt proud to introduce her as your –in this case- buyers’ broker).  Sarah is completely a teammate, completely trustworthy and she worked hard and steadily and, after truly a complicated roller-coaster ride, where at one point our dream property sold to someone else, an absolute star getting the property to closing.  I recommend IPJ and Sarah unreservedly and with the highest praise for their work on our behalf.  They truly were/are tremendous!
