Buying a home is a process and one that can vary from state to state. It can be fun and exciting, daunting, challenging, and rewarding! Our goal is to help you assess your needs and apply our extensive knowledge of our local real estate market to help you make an informed and successful purchase.

We firmly believe that setting aside an hour or so with a buyer before jumping into the home buying process is an extremely valuable use of time. This gives our agents the chance to introduce themselves to you, let you know what services we provide and how we can work together towards your property purchase. It’s an opportunity for you to ask questions about the process, individual properties, costs associated with a purchase and to get to know the agent that you’ll be working with. There are no fees associated with this consultation.

When you work with IPJ Real Estate, we provide you with access to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS - where all the property info is kept). You have the option of creating an account, on our website (best utilized by folks that are watching the market on a long-term basis), or meeting with one of our agents, sharing some pertinent criteria and creating an account directly to the MLS for notification of properties as they become available. We also provide up-to-date information about tax rates and assessed values, recently sold properties, financing providers and municipal zoning regulations. In addition, we help connect you with local service providers that will assist you in your decision making such as attorneys, construction companies, insurance agents and property inspection agencies.
