About Levi

Levi is an Addison County native and joined IPJ Real Estate in March of 2021.

Growing up in the area, Levi attended Middlebury Union High School as well as Middlebury College. While at Middlebury College he was a standout athlete winning multiple national championships as a member of the Men’s Ice Hockey team. After Middlebury College, Levi earned his master’s degree in Environmental Law and Policy from Vermont Law School.

Levi’s professional history includes work as a fly-fishing guide in the Rocky Mountain West, as a Science teacher and Upper School Head at an independent school in Connecticut. Most recently, upon moving back to Vermont, Levi worked for over 8 years at Champlain Valley Apiaries in Middlebury as their head beekeeper and vice president of operations.

Levi lives in Ripton with his wife Joanna and their two daughters, Beatrice and Esme, and their various goats and chickens. When not with his family, Levi can be found fishing the rivers of Addison county, skiing in Ripton, or tracking the woods of the Green Mountains. He also enjoys volunteering within his local community and working as his daughters’ coach in their various sports and activities

He strives to engage with clients and co-workers in a positive and effective way. Levi cares deeply about place and how he interacts with his surroundings both professionally and personally. He enjoys the fast-paced nature of real estate and the daily interactions he is able to have with his community.
