Sarah has exceptional responsiveness - always right back in touch. She was direct, clear, honest and was outstanding in her clarity in communication. She was very knowledgeable and had the answers we needed. She gave us choices and listened carefully but also offered recommendations when we asked. Even from a distance, the process, especially with paperwork, was easy and efficient.

Like many other overzealous millennials during the pandemic, we decided we'd take advantage of the low interest rates and attempt to buy our first home. We found IPJ via a simple online search and reached out blindly in hopes that a nice realtor would reach back out to us. Not long after, Beth reached out for an initial consultation, which began our real estate journey into the unknown. Given it was our first time buying a house, Beth spent hours explaining things to us she otherwise wouldn't have with her more experienced clients. She referred us to all of the service providers we ended up using (i.e. bank, inspectors, etc.) and we could not say better things about any of them. We were also looking at purchasing a home on the other side of the state to open up the breadth of our search, so Beth was able to refer us to another lovely realtor in that area as well. Long story short, even though the market was incredibly competitive during our search, which at times was trying, we couldn't have asked for a more competent, kind, quick-to-respond, and thorough realtor and real estate agency.
