Buying and selling a home may have been our most challenging event to date. The excitement of finding our new home in Ripton and the realization of moving was life changing, however, the reality of selling our home in a vacuum weighed heavily on our entire family. Your team's efforts in such a short period of time to find the right buyer while keeping our levels of stress low was truly amazing.

We cannot express how dedicated and professional you and your team were throughout this process. As we sit and enjoy the new views of our mountain retreat home we often rekindle the moments that took place to make this happen.

Sarah was fantastic to work with. She was always available - we had a response to any text, email or phone call within 24 hours and usually within less time than that. Every complication that arose she took in stride, had answers, encouragement and/or someone's name at her fingertips who could help us. She was always professional, encouraging and enthusiastic.
