Summer is here! What's on your To-Do List!? I always make one once Spring hits. There’s something about renewal that allows the mind to open to possibility. "Keeping Calm" in the Midst of the Spring Selling Season

IPJ Real Estate_airport at dawn_springbreak

Things really heat up in the real estate industry as Spring approaches. As a result, there can be a feverish pitch at our office on some days, and with it, a sense of urgency seeps into our calm-cool-and-collected demeanors.

The Mini-Metro Team with Coach Altemose

People always tell you when you have kids that “it take a village to raise a child” - this is so clear in our community. The number of people that volunteer their time to mentor our kids is monumental, whether it be play practice on a Saturday afternoon, or a basketball game on Sunday morning. These people serve as mentors to our kids and can provide such a positive influence....read more!
